  The accommodation for the meeting was reserved at Yousung Hotel, Daejeon. Overnight accommodation for 75 people has been booked on allocation to be released 6 weeks prior to the event at a rate of about $115 bed and breakfast per night. Any rooms not taken will be released after this date.
